The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, GammonPro account password, telephone number, postal address including city, state and zip code, photographs, written descriptions of your posted goods, any bids you make on offers through the GammonPro Service, any reviews or comments you make using the GammonPro Service, all correspondence or communications with other users or with us conducted via the GammonPro Service, government-issued identification documents (such as a driver's license), and any other information you choose to provide.

F. Payment Information Collected by GammonPro Payment Solution

GammonPro Service has integrated with Electronic Payment Companies, as further described in the Terms of Service so buyers and sellers may conduct business by credit cards and other electronic payment methods through the GammonPro.

GammonPro Service uses information about you for various purposes, including to operate, maintain, enhance, provide, create, and develop all of the features, functionality, and services found on the GammonPro Service; improve your experience with the GammonPro Service by delivering content, advertising and marketing messages; create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the GammonPro Service; understand the usage trends of our users; conduct investigations and to respond to disputes between users; comply with our legal obligations; and carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

GammonPro may periodically send promotional materials or notifications to you related to the GammonPro Service. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can go to your account settings once you have logged in to the GammonPro Service or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email from us.

GammonPro is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. When you first download or launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information or first use any features that use location information, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device.

California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year.
